Ha! Great work here Mark. I am grad you resurrected this one as it tells a good story.

This was obviously before my time here on FAR. Was this one part of a movie with a song also?

Cool work as always Troop. Keep on keepin' on ~ Top

Yes in the very first video AC/DC "Thunderstruck" but had been squashed for copyrights violation..i learned from there...wink..i mentioned to a few associates that the new music video is out. About an hour later one of the girls from another department comes over with tears in her eyes and hugs me saying.."I saw your video and it touched my heart!"..whoa! I'll admit I was pulling on the viewer's tears but I didn't expect that.. gotta another poster for another grandkids birthday to knock out and then I can get to rocking on the new video with Bryan Taylor. Thanks for the great review Top!

Well there you go! You gave the car with the damage a voice! It's a parking lot chat between the nice blue truck and this poor beat up red car,you filled the page with detail , a great blue sky with white clouds, the shopping center , the parking lot with the spaces defined by the white lines, the two vehicles , grass in foreground with a curious lookIng orange bird! Wonderful attention to the details as we have come to expect from you! Well presented!

Does the blue car looks disproving at the that poor guy at right? That red guy looks in bad shape and he is crying. Maybe the bird in front could teach him some magical-marker magic and show him how to drive himself or perhaps even make him fly. Were those cars in a video at sometime? Somehow they look familiar.

you got heck of a memory..i did a video "laughing with sharpie and bic" but i screwed up on it..i did not list the copyrights of the music so Youtube squashed it for copyrights violation...that was some years ago while i was first learning the program. wow..i guess you were the very few that got to see that..heck im trying to remember what song i used..i do remember the pain of learning the hard way to do this right without stepping on anyone toes..since its been squashed that put me sitting a few cartoons i can use in the future..thanks for the great review

This is great,I feel so very sorry for the red car,it's so beat up,and look,it's crying as he tells that big blue car about his woes.Looks like he's gotten audience from that little bird, also. This is such a wonderful creation,so very colorful with beautiful details.A very enjoyable piece of art!

Yeah those hillbillies are from Tennessee..me I'm originally from the Mississippi Flatland Delta alongside the Mississippi River..my.town is the Birth place of Kermit the frog. Leland..Jim Henson grew up there and graduated from school..later when when he first got famous he told a reporter that the character was based on a old school buddy. So we were trying to think who looks like a frog..the guys name is Kermit Scott..now he never did say who Ms. Piggy was based after but trust me there were several females in my hometown that could fit that bill..wink wink..lol.. thanks for the great review

Awesome! Not only does the bird have a personality, but the vehicles do too! The red car is in shambles. Nice job getting that impression across. I like how it looks like he is making excuses to the blue car about his condition. Good story telling with the illustration.

My first thought is that I should have had this hanging on my office wall-I owned an insurance agency prior to retirement and how fitting this would have been!
The foliage and cars are well drawn in your unique style, and the bird is adorable! The ditzy driver is in CATO's for a sale I presume?! Cute and creative as always! jean
