Wow. What an expression the little gal has - her eyes look right into the heart. At first I thought she was working at some project, but as you mention, the stuff on the face is for sun protection. Her white dress is a lovely contrast to the rest of the picture, which seems to be rather down to earth and not very fancy. Good luck in the contest with this awesome work.

Nice image. Clarity and focus are good. Lighting is good. I love the sandalwood powder on the face, as most people don't realize what they do have compared to other parts of the world. Cropping is good.
