Oh, I've seen this yesterday but my extra Bonus Stars hasn't arrived yet so I searched the jungle to find him again!
Well, I particularly like the vivid & candid facial expression!
Interesting initial impact!
His lying down added a sympathetic feeling as to the notion that he has really an aching tooth that needs an appointment with Sange!
Title is amusing!

Depth of field draws you into the Gorilla's face, which gives the picture impact. The humanity of the ape is what sells the image to me though .. Good Photo !
