Almost looks like the graphite washes I am dabbling in a bit right now, excellent portrait work, very loose style yet pertinent details are captured. Lovely study piece with good command of light and dark tones, a bit heavy on the right black negative space in the thumbnail which is at best difficult to really evaluate without seeing the original! Lovely work all around! jean
