Very lovely black and white portrait of this adorable young lady. I love the close up angle of your shot and how she is looking away from the camera in deep thought, so it seems. This is an outdoor shot and the wind blowing her hair around her face looks very casual. I love that every hair is not in place. Nice even lighting on her face, flattering highlights in her hair. Excellent focus and framing with great initial impact. Very well done. Love it. ~Alveria

OH my. This is just lovely. So soft, so tender. The pensive girl with the almost pouty lips is brilliantly captured with this photograph. The wispy hair -- all well in focus... add a bit of "not perfect" to the shot... and is so welcome... to give motion to a (usually) static portrait. I think this work is just great.

Thank you very much. Yes it was a windy day. I decided to take advantage of the wind and use it for the portrait.
