This is so beautiful. Love the purple chest and the innocent, bright eye. Very sharp and the contrast is excellent, against the darkened, natural background. Well captured with strong technical skills, and framing is just right, with sufficient margins to move. Extraordinaire!

Really going to miss photos and information like this if you leave the site. What a gorgeous bird and I've certainly never seen or heard of them before. Puts our morning doves and collard doves to shame with all that color. Beautiful and you captured it very well. Will really miss these wonderful and educational photos.

Initial impact: what a lovely dove.
Creativity: Framing Is effective to tell about the dove especially by giving proportional dark background
Technique: focusing on the dove makes it look clearly
Color: contrast is beautiful, unique ( never see such this before)

A wonderful picture of the Fruit Dove with it's colourful plumage & bright pink feet beautifully framed by the dark foliage in the background. Artistic composition, framing & lighting with superb camera techniques with sharp focus.
