Lovely photo and useful info in the description- like remembering not to cruise this line! Beautiful colors. Love the perspective the little sail boat adds. Gorgeous background and composition. Clarity is wonderful. Very, very nice.

I like this photo because it shows the enormity of the ship as compared to the small sailboat. However, I did not even notice the sailboat until I saw the title of the photo.Maybe it would stand out a little more if it wasn't so close to the ship, perhaps from a little different angle. I also like the shades of blue in the photo, but would be a little more balanced with a little less water.

I love the contrast between the two vessels. It really emphasizes the difference. Personally, I wouldn't sail on anything bigger than the elementary school I went to. Also, I thought cruise ships had to have a lifeboat seat for all aboard. Yours is a beautifully detailed photograph. Thank-you

I'm with you brother! I've had my two trips, that was enough for my lifetime. I can't believe how blue the water is! Your POV is neat, detail of the boat is good, composition is just fine. Nice job!...Steve H.

A nice shot in a great setting. The details are good and the composition is excellent. I would desaturate the blues even for this contest. Best of luck.

I think I'd prefer the Boat too, the Pleasure Cruiser is just a Hotel on the sea. They may sail into exotic ports but how many of the passengers actually get up off the sun-loungers to explore...it would be cheaper to stay at home & watch a travel movie! In the sail boat you experience the sea in all her moods are with someone you like & are near enough to land & small enough to go into the smallest of harbours & meet real people. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting with superb camera techniques with sharp focus. Good luck in the Contest
Susan
