the creativity is good, but the piece is too "empty" to real have some interest on it
maybe if you pop up the saturation a bit it will be a bit more interesting
still, a unique idea

It is always nice to see alternate approaches. The colour and textures really speak here.I also like the gentle mergers of various shades of blue which makes the picture alive. Good luck!

This is a most enjoyable abstract in vibrant and luminescent hues of turquoise. This glows at us. Along with the glow comes a feeling of silky softness and one cannot help but want to take this image and rub it along one's cheek!...and feel it.
Abstracts that can punch out a feeling like you have are few and far between. It is in the smoothness/fragile feel where the strength lies. Furthermore, you make it feel dainty thanks to that red pop in the background because it gives perspective, the blue feels thin , fragile as if flowing over or blowing in the breeze...a diaphanous feel. AND you say this is a wall?!?!
I love how the hues of yellow and darker blue and greens seduce and play with us visually and it is because of those added hues where we get to enjoy the visual journey that we embark on . My only suggestion is why didn't you use a perfect square format!
Love it and I wouldn't mind having a silk scarf looking like your abstract.

That's actually sometimes my thought when making an abstract: to have it look like a scarf I might like to have. Thanks for your comments. It is great when a reviewer is able to put into words feelings that go with an image. "fragile', 'diaphenous', 'seduce' 'rub it along one's cheek' all the metaphors that go so well and echo the feelings. I so appreciate your taking the time to come up with the words that go with my work because it adds another dimension for me. Hugs Paula

The effect you have created here is amazing. I love the hues of blues with the torquoise and aqua tones, with the touch of gold and brown. It is interesting how you can take a photo and turn it into a work of art like this! Who woulda known years ago this would be possible? Very nice work and good luck in the contest.

Interesting capture and creation. I do like the colors that u brought out. Can't really tell what it is except for the notes. However ur tweeking worked out to be a eye appealing creation to the viewer. Creative and great job overall.
