A really good full frame and close look at this delicate looking succulent. Good frame and focus. Might be my monitor, the exposure seems a tad dark but still shows the details of this plant.

Thanks George was low light but shouldn't be too dark have you calibrated monitor recently mine was out a few weeks ago and everything was to dark :-)

I always thought these were called cactus rose; they grow like crazy in the rock wall of my garden and think nothing of the long hard winters we sometimes get in Michigan. A great shot with exquisite detail and beautiful colors.

Mary, luscious and thick textured you got this across to us. I love the low light feel, it's almost spiritual. Nicely composed and cropped this would make a fantabulous print to hang up in a palliative care facility...it slows down the heartbeat.
