It seems that our infrastructure is need of more repair than state governments are willing to pay for. So this sort of scene is all too common. A nicely cropped image with good color and fine detail. Best of luck in the contest.

Arghhhhhhhh! The red tape of the government. It is a shame that some things are put off indefinitely and others are fixed immediately. In my opinion this is nice urban journalism/photography-showing everyday life of folks.. The clarity and focus are nice and composition is too. Thanks for sharing and best of skill in the contest
