I really enjoy the movement you have captured in this fantastic downpour, every last slash of water moving through the frame. The mood complete supports the "stormy weather" theme of the contest. I'm a bit conflicted by that however, somehow my visual need is for more vibrant green. Can't explain that... and of course JMO. This is perfection in the mood of it, great really. Thanks for sharing and good luck.

Thank you very much for you through review. Those trees do not have a vibrant color by nature. The leaves look more gray than green, even when the sun is shining.

This for sure shows a strong rain - your capture is excrescent in focus and sharpness on the rain strums as there are no more drops - the storm has given you nice natural abstract - with pastel color range as the rain itself becomes the transformer of the strong colors in nature
nice composition, I love the way the trees in used as background to show the long raining structure - your soft contrast and lighting lets this scene look like it is in nature, genuine and different
observation - well I mostly see something in these kind of pictures and here it is again : seems t be the face of the Rain-God watching us - the face is composed of the upper right branch building the eye brow - the light dot = eye - the lower branch = mouth - the triangle for mo leaves in between his nose - guess you already see it, loll, well done, all the best for the contest

Thank you very much for your throught review. I often see something else in pictures too, but this time I had to look long. I see a head between the branches, but thought its a lizzard or so.

Interesting shot. Looks more like a cloud burst, not a temp[est:)! You have framed it well. The light, colour and the composition have worked well. Good effort!

I am waiting for a storm to come our way,,,maybe Sunday we are expecting A Texas Low and it will bring freezing Rain. lol This though really shows the rain falling hard. Nice shot for this contest, do I dare enter it with such a great photo Even the tree fits with its spooky look

Her comes that rainy day feeling again. Splendid capture you have here. Slow enough shutter speed to partially stop the rain but still leave a slight trail o enhance the look of falling rain. Well done. Thanks for sharing.
