Very beautiful image with just the perfect sentiment. The wrist corsage wonderfully reminiscent of perhaps their first prom date. Wonderful camera techs... lighting, colors, focus and the composition really has a wonderful emotional value. Thanks for sharing and good luck!!!

I would definitely going well together as well, and I think this is a lovely photo of their hands. With the rings and the white flowers this is a also a very romantic photo, and it is so nice to hear that your parents are still in love after so many years. It is very nice with the white table cloth as a background, and darkness at the top.

Your photo is also nice and sharp showing really clear and well defined details in the hands, and the all over exposure is good. Your photo is however a tad bright at the bottom, and I would have tried to darken this area just a tad.

The tight cropping is however perfect, and the hands are well placed within the frame. This of course makes for a good and well balanced composition. A truly lovely and well taken photo with a good DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.

I think this is a wonderful example of what is going together - the way these hands are united is so expressive, union, love of the soul , decency, inner beauty - hands can reflect so much - the way your composed this picture is attractive, from a great angle and position, all the important little details to reflect this union are in focus - excellent contrast and lighting , super sharp showing these old hands in all their details
