I like how he blends into the background you created in a soften ghostly like way.
Fine pose and creative edit with the filters used to create a softness that clearly goes along with your title of a Warrior and a Gentleman.
The blues here are superb.

This looks like a combination of several men in one - a worrier, a Gentleman, but also a Knight and and Shaman in one - the blues are excellent capture from a great angle and position
Duper portrait composition - clear and sharp in details
Your work in blue just enhances this man in all splendor, the blue fit him very well and a the knights were the guardians of the Holy Grail this energy just radiate in this creation
As always a fantastic composition, excellent and special, it looks like this guy just comes in the door, handsome, thanks for sharing, all the best for the contest

Interesting, and unusual piece! the timeless feel is nicely created, and the textures are lovely. Picts painted themselves blue to scare their enemies, and I assure you, if this guy was coming at me, I would run. The light play is nice, I like how you have illuminated the face and chest. I also like the feel of balance in the shot, blue/brown, as well as balance in the pose.

Looks like a hybrid between an oil painting and a photo. It has a classical appeal to it, like how an old Celtic artist would paint a portrait of one of the soldiers. Great facial expression showing a non-threatening expression coming from a rugged man. Great background, giving it a unified theme. The brown in the hair and gauntlets complements the blue very well, giving the image interest, shape, and solidity, whereas the blue background gives it an ethereal aura.

You found my ancestors!! Harmonious colours well composed and framed. I would just darken the bright side of the face a little making it just a shade lighter than the neck so that it still contrasts but doesn't overwhelm
