Barb, I so appreciate you faithfulness and kindness.

You are welcome Linda. Oops I spelled a word wrong in the first comment. Innocence is right. Inocense is definitely wrong!

Could be someone looking at their siblings. Could be someone wishing she were older so that she could do more. Wishing she were someone else. Like the content. Not sure about b/w. Great job. Keep going.

Hello again! I love the way she is looking out the window and you can't quite make out what is out there-love that it makes you use your imagination to what is outside. :) Thank you for drawing so well!

Just completely lovely...in mood, in color, in technic and in subject along with your artist notes. How lucky she is to have such an artistic grandmother. She already has a ballerinas posture! Cyber six!

This drawing of your granddaughter is just precious. I love your technique how you have the light from the window fall on her. Nice interplay of light and shadow. I love her very straight posture, just like a little ballerina. Lovely composition with great visual impact. Lovely work. ~Alveria

Hi Linda,
I wish I had a 6 left for this so a virtual one will have to do. This is a very beautiful image and a bit different to your usual. Excellent attention to detail and thanks for sharing! R

I find this image very charming, Linda. The soft window light outlining her body and bench. The illusive foliage outside the window, and the back shadow of the wall framing her little body...Thanks for the sub...Steve H.

Every piece that I have seen of yours has been first rate. You've done it once again. Lovely composition. Wonderful contrast. Well drawn. Nice lighting. It is not easy to create these kind of values with graphite. Well done!!

Wow, all I can say is absolutely beautiful! Love how the bench and child are at an angle and you can see the light shining through the window onto the front of her face. I also love the dark sides - it makes you focus on her face to wonder what she is looking at out the window. God certainly gave you a gift!
