An excellent decision on the use of the background. It not only makes the horses stand out, it gives the entire scene an almost surreal look and feel. Very well done Eileen - Steve

Nice composition! Love what you did with the background.
And, it is a unique composition in that I rarely see horses doing this. It is a once in a lifetime chance that you can catch them "acting out" with the camera. Would love to do a painting of this one for the horse show next month! Thanks for sharing!

Wow! The post processing in this one requires a great deal of study..by me anyway. I am fascinated by it! I can't decide about it being on the ground...where their feet are kicking up and it is a bit foggy. Still..you have an very admirable creation here! The horses are gorgeous..color, clarity, action. Very cool!!

LOL yes I assure you they are on the ground. All I did was take the existing background and turn it into something else. And yes that is dirt being kicked up by the horses :) Thanks Becky!

I love what you have done with this photo. First of all, I love horses. These are two beauties. The background change is genius. It really makes the horses pop. I believe horses are one of the most beautiful of God's creatures. Such a big animal on such tiny legs. Excellent work on all fronts.
