I like the colour scheme of purple and yellow and the stars give it a "winner" feel.

I feel that a more to the side composition of main character would make for a visually more appealing image. I am somewhat bothered by the amputation of his head, makes me think he has had a lobotomy.

Simple and solid image.

This reminds me of the 1970s. I can imagine him playing an amazing riff, perhaps even giving the old Hendrix kick as the stars dance around him to the beat of his music, obeying his guitar's every command.
