Excellent photograph which is sharp and has beautiful complementary colours. My only suggestion on this beautiful picture would be to have the plate centred a little more on the vertical axis

A nice idea to take this unique plate as a picture, interesting idea - the plate itself has wonderful design seems they wanted to bring stones and flowers together as nature - the other plate certainly has the missing numbers
great perspective, your picture is clear and sharp wit the perfect contrast and lighting , well framed, well composed, thanks for sharing

Great story behind this image. This is a very interesting photo that makes you think as well. Before reading the description I was thinking if there were other numbered stones somewhere else.

What a unique scene. I am glad you explained about the numbers. The background tablecloth is so complimentary to the dish and the colors of the stones. Good eye in catching this scene Chuck ~ Steve

Yeah - I also thought the table cloth really added something to the shot. Thanks for the review Steve.

Nice combination of stones with very contrasting background. Warm-quiet yellow-red, and then the plate a little bit in the direction of the Dutch style. Playing with stones is as old as the human : board games etc.

They are indeed appealing. Did you learn what they mean? An artful arrangement , the simple shapes of the stones and tablecloth against the busyness of the plate. Sharp focus and good exposure make a very pleasing image. Nice work!

Nope. Didn't learn what they meant. Thanks for the review.

Looks like the tones are the table numbers; nothing mystical ;-)
