where is this located ? a nice clear image but unfortunately the telegraph wire across the photo is very distracting and splits the image in two.

Interesting photo of this old building among some modern buildings! I would also have tried to get a portrait shaped photo, so something more in the foreground could fit in and a little more space above the towers.
