My guess is you took this in monochrome in camera and placed a infrared lens filter over your Lens. Only other way would be to own a infrared camera.
The filter worked well and the results remind me of our fine former member Tony B's work, who converted his Nikon to infrared.
Great POV, fine focus, great contrast and exposure.
Nice work Fred. ;)

    yes, just a hoya R72 filter on lens; taken in color, processed in the camera

I have always liked the way an ir filter or after photo ir effect can make a photo extraordinary. Very well done in this case. Nice balance of water, shoreline/land features and sky. Well done Fred ~ Steve

A very eye catching effect. Not as extreme as using infrared film which in my experience makes the green foliage very white and dramatically darkens the sky. I think this scene works very well with this filter.

I really like this in black and white,,really cool, even though the water is still open I want to go to this cabin and read a book by the fireplace and have a nice cup of tea, good imagination and inspirational, calming and peaceful when I look at this,,very good lighting,

    thanks a lot steve for your nice comments and top rating;
    why not the opposite? an IR filter on the lens, converted to b&w inside the camera; only cropping on computer, as usual....

Great black and white image.
Very dramatic with the capture of reflection. Focus is excellent. The lighting is a little dark.
Thanks for sharing.
