I love the story and the image, you have a way of capturing color and light in such a way as to add to the emotion of the image, great job

thank you for a wonderful shot of an old church as it has most of it's detail.
nice color as it stays with the other landscape there as you get drawn out to the ocean like they would watching out for ships.
nice shot. always,
ron

This is a beautiful scene of this old church ruins! Good perspective and excellent details! Wonderful sky and cloud formation. I think your exposure is perfect! Nicely cropped and good placement in your frame! Your colors play together nicely. A pleasure to view! Thanks for sharing!

Wonderful shot! The sky is impressive and the colors in the sky compliment the old church.

I always like a mystery, so your post sent me off to "the web" and I did find a site that has a bit of information about the church and some of the wonderful art it holds (held?)

Sorry I don't have a 6 for you.. enjoy your trip!

Another fabulous image. The detail is wonderful and I love the warm light that was exploited to get this image. A lovely balanced composition with some excellent textures.

Fabulous as always Annie.

A beautiful shot with superb detail in the stonework. The composition is excellent and I love the color palette. You say you used photomatrix. Does this mean that it was a multiple exposure HDR?

What a super composition. Your angle and perspective has all the pieces of ruins placed in a wonderfully appealing and spatially balanced way. It just stays the viewer in. Plus all the technical elements are top notch. Excellent.

a great piece of history here. Love the angle that gives the best all around view of this church. amazing that it is still standing, I would guess at least 300-400 yrs old.
who knows if there isn't any record of it.
