AMEN!! Really all I have to say, but FAR makes me write more. He is the reason for being, in my opinion. He guides everything I do (I hope...I am still only human). Linda, this is awesome in so many ways. You should frame this and sell it.

I am a little blinded by the light from behind his head but as a Christian myself, I suppose I should be. I think though that with that much light, the darkened facial features might not be quite so dark. Just a thought. Well done.

Your right. The darkened face takes away from the resurrection light of the Holy Spirit. I should be more thoughtful in my drawings.

Even if I don't fully share your faith, you have presented a truly beautiful drawing of the resurrection of Jesus. I especially like the way you have introduced the light with such nice high lights, and aura the head is evident. It is also beautiful the way the light is falling on the face of Jesus. This makes him look almost transparent.
As always this drawing is also done paying good attention to every little detail, and is such fine distinctions between light and dark in the drapes around the body.
The format and the tight framing is perfect and it is a perfect flow and balance in the composition. This drawing is so beautiful that I could sit and look at it forever and your faith is shining through every pencil line. Indeed well done Linda, and worth 6 stars. Unfortunately I have used them all.
