Cofffffffffeee, Fire and skipping ROCKS!!
SOUNDS like FUN!
I would be searching bfor rocks rather than skipping them.
;)
I am however very impressed with the superb timing of this shot getting
Two skips and the final plunge!
Fast shooting Quick Draw MIB!
;)

A nicely composed shot. I like the way the stone is skipping diagonally across the frame. The colors are excellent and the ripples are very well shown.

What a wonderful memory. I will always remember, fondly, the times I spent with my brothers doing this very thing. Great capture, by the way. I love this photo, showing the rippling water around the stones and as if this one stone could go on into infinity. Amazing. Great clarity, composition and focus. Thank you so much for sharing.

Perfect timing! Well captured still motion shot!
The diagonal framing adds more dynamic effect to this composition.
KISS principle of keeping it so simple.
Good perspective & long depth of field...
Thanks for sharing...

OK. If you have been on this site long, you know that I LOVE Superior. Where were you? When? No matter. Did you know that the Aurora is out on Superior this time of year? Went last week. Anyway, I love it. Nice image. Good luck.

It's one of my favorite places too! This was taken at Burlington Bay in Two Harbors on 10/02/16. Didn't see Aurora like I had hoped. Thank you for the review!

Been there, too. Love that lighthouse.
