This is a bird of great beauty. His posture is proud and demands respect. I am amazed how much realistic detail you archived with the complicated technique of pointillism. The shading is flawless. Proportions and perspective are correct. The eye is especial impressive. The bird is excellently placed within the frame. The composition is balanced.

The details on this one stand out very well. Stippling is also done in the gunsmith trade. Usually on the front strap on the grip of a hand gun. I like the way that you have created the eyes, very alive. Thank you for this wonderful presentation. Nino

hello lucien van oosten.i like the way you used little lines that look like dots to make the shading.i also like the way you made the eye of the hen darker than anything else . thanks for sharing this wonderful piece!
