This is a creative example of the saying and I like how you have included the mice which are traditionally used to illustrate the French interpretation. I like the selective color and how the black and white emphasizes the interesting patterns of the table and the books.

When surrounded by books it is easy to see "what makes you think". You have given us a very relaxed approach in her style ,posture and out of the ordinary rats to portray the avid reader as she scans page after page. Very well executed. Model, book and rat with gentle colouring surrounded with B&W props makes a modern approach to the libraries I know. Good luck

One of a library's challenges of today is getting the youth to come in there to read, to fall in love with reading. Your photograph in my opinion helps make the case that reading is stylish, current, cool. While she doesn't look comfortable! still she is model-perfect and attracts the eyes with color/technique and her role in the horizontal lines. Her leg at right angle takes the eyes up to contact with the books. The clear vertical and horizontal lines are fun to view. The armadillo is crazy funny! Good luck in the contest.

This is great since the libraries now are closing because everyone wants to read on a tablet except holding a real book,,looks like a lovely place to hand out,,great story telling photo, happy with the leg up in comfy suroundings
