This is so interesting on so many levels. That cat mouth has a vampire look to it as well! Your colors and blending are very balanced. Individually everything stands out well and it is seamless as a composition. Very well done and thank you for sharing.

If I may suggest, why not saturate colors or darken your creation for a more horrifying effect.
Lace the fangs with blood, dripping from the tongue, a spider coming out, etc.
The more terrifying, the more votes! LoL!

Thanks for the idea. I will probably think about something. At first, i did add some kind of insects flying around, but then I did not like the effect... Somehow, it was too busy and a little too disgusting...
