I am almost missing the snow when I look at this photo, because we have hardly had any of this winter. The red car is standing out so nicely against all the white, and I especially like the snow covered branch at the top. It is so lovely when the snow is clinging to them like this.
Your photo is also nice and sharp and it is clear and well defined details to be seen both in the car and the branch. I also think both the white balance and the exposure is very good.
The format and the cropping works really well and with the car slightly off to the left the composition has got a fine balance. Indeed a great looking and well taken photo, and with a very good DOF.

Thank you....Annie we are awaiting the big storm to hit the East Coast of the US. I live in the NE part of Pennsylvania and they are calling for 18-20 inches of snow.

You are more than welcome.

Really that is incredible I don't think I would survive that kind of cold - love the composition which clearly shows the impact of the storm. The red of the vehicle pops out against the snow. Great exposure and white balance. :) Mary

Really nice winters scene. Good narrow dof and nice control on the white balance. What I like the best about this shot is the branches up front covered with snow. How small the branches are and yet the snow holds it all together. Nice work and thanks for sharing.

A good 10cm perhaps...oh I love the snow and how it settles to bring a whole new lease of life to nature as it contrasts deliciously with the rest of nature. It's a nice shot and I like how the red of the motor vehicle appears as part of the show..well done

This is an awesome photo there is nothing more beautiful than the morning after a snow fall and it's still nice and white and it sure made for a great photo on the red jeep, excellent.

Oh my goodness! A lot of the white stuff. I like the angle you used for this with the branches on the right, laden with snow and the distant trees shrouded in mist with the red car adding a splash of colour. Very good lighting and focus. Great composition. Suzanne

Nice work Mary Eileen. I love seeing where you have kept your clarity in from your original capture and where you have let your post processing create a painterly effect. This shows your knowledge of your tools from the moment you have your camera in your hands to the moment you push save in your app.. The red color of the care in the mostly monochromatic scene is perfection! You have a very artistic eye! Always a pleasure to view your work!

Great light and about half a foot of freshly fallen snow makes for a very nice shot. I like the look of the snow in the tree on the right best of all. A real "beauty and the beast" shot.

Literally a cool capture!
Almost monochromatic save for the red & green!
For us here who don't have this kind of weather, everything looks so clean--no debris, no falling leaves...
Tall format works well here.
Lighting is just right and sharply focused!

Thank you...We are expected to get worse than this on Tuesday and Wednesday. Possibly 12 inches of snow and that will be a show stopper. Bad news for us here in NE Pennsylvania near Scranton
