I like how well the butterfly's colors stand out as well as the thistle. The angle is attractive and gives the thistle a good amount of attention. The depth is also very nice.

Very nice and definitely meets the requirement of the contest; you even remembered to include an explanation on how your subject pollinates. Thank You. I really like the placement in the frame that allows a striking diagonal line. The colors are radiant - the focus is spot on and the Dof is very attractive.
