I have so wanted to travel to Ireland, and see firsthand the glorious beauty of this land. Fortunately, you have brought a bit of the beauty to us here on FanArt. Your photo captures the quaintness of this one Irish homestead. The rocks and the Green grass and the cottages found on the shore. Lovely work.

I understand the All Time Best emblem. This is stunningly beautiful. When I was scrolling down, I stopped for moment to take a look not realizing that there was water and then more to the scene. Your DOF is fabulous and is the lighting. The amount of scenery you managed in this shot is amazing. Colors and composition are superb.

It is an interesting landscape. I like how the building is placed far away from us right of the center, where it immediately draws our eyes. The colors are natural for the overcast sky. I think the photo would look more interesting if cropped to a panorama format. The sky is lighter colored than the land an there is noting of interest going on. That makes it distracting for the viewer. The river is almost of the same color, but this works because the water has texture and is floating between two dark shores. The water in the left corner catches too much light which distracts the viewer also. I think cropping this part as well would make the photo even more intriguing.

nice capture. the angle of the shot of the rocky beach, terrain, building and sky view is great. the capture of the light is great. the clarity is great. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall.

I have to say that anything that you take a picture of in Ireland is beautiful to me, but this kind of misses the mark for me. It just doesn't have enough color for my liking. It might look better with the bottom starting with the water and on down cut off and a closer up shot of the top which would bring out the beautiful spring green of the garden. And the buildings would be interesting to see up close too with the greenery In front of them. Thank you for the effort and time you put into this one. Barb Baker

Lovely colors which creates depth and perspective to the photo the balance between subjects is good but i think that it could have more colors which creates more light but it is done very well and the work is good?

what a wonderful composition, like the depth and details and colors you have captured here the water separating the 2 pieces of land tells a story. a pleasure to view. Thank you for sharing. dale

In looking at this image my first impression is that it is two images - top and bottom.
Taking a photograph requires more than a wonderful view, it also requires that the conditions are correct for a wonderful image. The sky and the water are both bland without any significient features. The house(barn?) in the background is too white (and appears over exposed) for the balance of the scene - it grabs the eye attention which causes the eye to move out of the frame. The water is a empty space in the middle of an image and contributes nothing which is also the same with the foreground.
Would suggest capturing less and selecting day with a more dramatic sky and lighting that in not near mid day.

I really like the detail of the homes in this photo.
Very clear focus. At a quick glance I think it looks like two pictures but then I see the island. Nice work and beautiful subject. Would be a wonderful place to visit
