Oh yes, it is easy to see why this is such a favored photograph. It makes you almost feel like you are there, or at least want to be there. The rocky beach in the foreground fading into the ocean that fades into the thin land spit that sits under a sky that spills color into the sea and upon the beach just makes you feel alive. Reasons for my six vote.

Absolutely beautiful. I like the wide angle. It looks almost as if I am there looking out over the water. I like how the sun enhances both the clouds, and the small portion of the water. The rocks and beach area provide texture to the photo. Best of luck on the contest.

I love the sunset colors captured in the tide pools...they add so much rugged interest. There is good depth of composition and the overall scene is one of grandiose beauty.

A fantastic shot taken from a great POV, with amazing clarity and long DOF that shows the coast on the far side of the bay, with incredible colours of pink, purple, and golden yellow all merging together with the sun just peeping through before it rests behind the mountains in the distance. Great capture of the reflection and nice capture of the shore in the foreground giving good colour contrast and also perspective to the shot - great work and best of luck in the competition!! :)
