Annie, I love the naturalness (is that a word?) of this shot.
A window and vase with flowers. Simplicity that is absolutely gorgeous.
Colors are perfect with the lights and darks.

Nice use of natural sunlight and shadows, great angle, fine textures, details and focus.
I love the view of the stone window with terracotta clay pot and Shadow of the plant leaves.

This piece has a nice chiaroscuro to it. Quite dark, almost black moves towards the center of the image to the light.
The light appears noticeably diffused through the opening. It gives the image a 16th century Dutch still life quality. Like a Jan Brueghel or perhaps Evert van Aelst.

A great entry for the competition, that shows with great clarity and brilliant positioning and POV the lighting in many different shades, from the dark below and far left and right, to the angles the sun is reflecting through the neat, brick window with the plant creating a nice shadow also. The light from outside completes the chart at the top for brightest!! lol. Good clarity and DOF too, and a lovely creative piece for the competition, best of luck! :)

Nice shot and fits the contest entry well. I like the sun showing through the window providing color and enhancing the colors of the plant and vase while casting a shadow on the backside of the wall and the flowers. Like the framing and angle. Nice job and best of luck.
