I'm so sorry to hear of the loss of your cat, she was beautiful and this is such a nice closeup photo of her. Beautiful blue eyes and wonderful markings.
I'm sure she will be missed but this is such a nice tribute to her. Thanks for sharing her incredible story.

You're welcome and as you know I am such. A cat lover with 2 bengals of my own. I really felt for,you
After reading your and her story. She was a beautiful cat, and I'm sure one of your babies.
Sometimes it's those things that touch me the most.

I am such a softie w/ the animals. Now, bengals?? that's not a breed I am familiar with Marsha...except for the big guys and I'm sure that's NOT what you have....lol

Deb, Ming is just gorgeous and I am a big cat lover and have had my share of Siamese.

they are lovable and also mysterious as cats come.

I am sorry you lost your friend.

But you have a great capture of her here. She has that true blue cross-eyes of the true siamese.

Personality PLUS Eileen! I swear I keep hearing her crazy little meow...awwww I would eventually have no problem inviting another Siamese to come live at my place....not yet....but sometime. Anyway, you are a doll for checking out Ming Eileen....thank you so much for your kind thoughts. I really do appreciate them.

Piercing blue eyes. Amazing. The colours look very saturated in this image. Have you made any adjustments in PS? Well done :-)

I do not even own PS Mister W.....and always make notes of any adjustments I do make in the Methods section. It was a glorious bright summer day when I took this photo....one of the very few times I got Ming sitting quietly enough for me to photograph her head on....so colors are quite natural. Thank you for having a look and for the fine review of Ming Ling.

They are some amazing eyes. All you need now is a "Blue" Competition :-)

This is a wonderful shot of pet! I love her eyes! You have framed it well. . You have timed it well. The light and shadows, colours and the composition have worked out well. Good effort!

Deb , it's a great photo of Ming . It's a touching tribute to her . I've been told animals choose their owners . Ming loved you for six years . I know you loved her . That's special.

awww...you are so kind John. It's interesting too that you say that. They told me at the shelter that two people looked at her but she made such a stink they weren't able to get her out of her crate either time. I was quite flattered when she let me pick her up. Anyway Mr. TBI, you are a doll for checking out my little Ming and thank you sooo much for giving her a gold star....I KNOW she'd think she easily deserved it...lol

Wonderful and heartfelt notes, Deb. A truly beautiful portrait and fitting tribute. The eyes are the magic and the personality and wanderlust comes through. Plus a technically well done photo. Glad she had her time with and good care from you.

I was quite surprised yesterday when I went through my 'Ming Ling' file Ed and found how many images I had of her rear end as she trotted around the garden beds...lol....this image though is definitely my favorite. Thank you so much for your very kind words. You're a sweetheart and I do really appreciate them.

Always my pleasure. I like cats in general. Pat is allergic to them, though.

I think it's a very common allergy Ed. Saw you had a new piece over the weekend....didn't get to it then but will today- promise.

A very nice shot with great eye contact. The detail in her fur is outstanding and I like the blue of her eyes. Nicely composed with very fine colors.
