There is spectacular detail in this rendering. The deep woods and the majestic lion remind me of Aslan in 'The Chronicles of Narnia' by C.S. Lewis. It is a beautiful composition.

This looks very much like a pencil or ink drawing, and I especially like that different techniques you have used for the background and the lion. It has given the background a softer look, and this makes the lion stand out in an excellent way. The contrast is actually striking.
The lion is done paying very good attention to even the smallest details and with excellent shadings.
This digital drawing also has a strong composition with a good format and framing, and you have given the lion room to move into. Indeed great looking and well done digital art, and I wish you luck with the contest.
