I admire where you live first off....
Seriously I tried to paint a beach scene last week and it was awful.
You however have a real artistic touch when it comes to scenes.
The waves are really the part I like because that is what creates the whole beach scene......to me.
The plants, seagulls, and maybe the sand recreates the beach as well. lol

Another great scene showing the subtle but very apparent change in the weather conditions and also time of day and lighting to previous pieces from a similar angle - this one has a predominantly blue feel to it, with wispy and more dense cloud formations ahead, which suggests mid afternoon on a nice day to me - I'm probably totally wrong but I'm just saying what I see!! lol. Great blending of colours in the sky with the seagulls flying in formation in the centre, giving nice perspective - the lush greenery and patch of smooth sandy beach in the fore help add to this too, as the waves roll in a with a little bit more force than in previous pictures from this set I've seen - and the colours are harder and more more pronounced as well, creating a feeling a more active day weather wise. A lovely piece throughout - great work :)

This is a lovely piece! I like the movement of the waves on the shore and the birds in flight. It's has great depth and beautiful colors. Very nice work!

This is a beautiful soft pastel scene of the seaside.

Congrats on being recognized! Very nice picture. Beautiful detail with sea gulls and grass. I enjoyed the whitish combination in the clouds. I was wondering for a while why there weren't any people in the picture but looking at it a few more times I saw it would probably just take away of the beautiful scenery.

I like the composition. The way it flows from left to right as well as from the foreground to the horizon.
You sky, as always is fabulous.
I like the horizon line with the trees and/or bldgs. It gives it thus mysterious quality which I love.

Well Linda, another great beach scene. I really like this one with the soft pastel shades of blues, greens and brown. Does make me want to go for a walk on the beach, taking in the fresh air and clearing my mind. Good one and very enjoyable.
