This is a beautiful photograph of a snow covered plant. The composition works with the three smaller branches at the bottom. Even though this is a beautiful scene, I'm glad that I'm not seeing that yet. I'll settle for a photo of it, instead. Nice work.

thats how i like to see snow..on a photo many miles away from it.. wink wink..lol. the clarity is good. the angle of the shot of the plant in the snow is good. the capture of the light is good. the image is balanced and eye interesting to the viewer. good eye and good job overall.

It is indeed a beautiful scene. One that I am not looking forward to seeing though. I think that by shooting on manual you can control the tonality during exposure and would not need to lighten the shot.

I will have to try that,,it has been extremely cloudy all the month of november where I am,,so gloomy,,the snow has actually brightened the place lol,,,thanks

A beautiful & very interesting picture of the tiny white Asters being overcome by the first new snowfall of the year letting then know they need to hibernate until Spring. Artistic composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus. In the Thumb Nail it looks like a Butterfly!

Artistic composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus. In the Thumb Nail it looks like a Butterfly!

The snow makes interesting shapes on the flower stems. I like the composition and the contrast of the stark white snow with the dark colored plant. Very nice!
