Boy that is one dark night. Great sharp focus and depth of field. I might suggest cropping a little off the bottom. maybe to where that black horizontal line is. At least give it try and see if it doesn't center the eye more on the main reflections. Seems like to me the reflections are a tad too busy. Not saying I don't like it I really like it very much and I am not sure what the contest rules are as well. Good job and good luck.
