love the clarity of textures, especially in that hairy branch. That brown body made a nice contrast to the greenish background. A meaningful Mom and Baby image. Clarity of details and just right natural colors. SIX!

Great shot of aphids nicely centered with lots of detail! Wing veining very sharp, light background color sets off the dark coloration of the mother nicely. Thanks for a great view of an insect most people wouldn't give a second look!

What an interesting bug with the little one close by - the detail is shown with good clarity and focus. Lighting and color are also good. Thanks for sharing.

This is a spectacular macro shot. The translucence of the wings, the baby aphid...wow! Knowing how tiny these insects are, makes this the ultimate macro shot. The tiny water beads below the branch make this even better. I love the soft green background. Amazing photographic technique displayed in this shot. Best of luck in the contest.

I didn't see the baby there until I read above. This is a great contest entry and probable winner. The detail is amazing. You can see all the tiny drops of moisture and the baby bug doesn't even look quite formed yet. I love the arched branch and how you framed it. The background colors in a soft pale green really highlight the subjects. Nice work and good luck in the contest.
