I like the composition of this picture that draws the eye to the top of the bottle where it has subject matter, but the eye stops there with no way out. The black ground works well in pushing the jar forward giving it the sense of 3d. I admit that I like the way the light plays with each bean making each one very distinct, all in all I like this composition.

A very nicely cropped image with great warm tones in the coffee beans. I like the composition and the bit of color in the top of the jar. Sorry you missed the contest, this would have been a great entry.
