Very similar one to the other shot Willie,this is more of a stern shot of him,equally as good as the other one,and his character comes across in this as well,good photo...brian

Disaster Doug looks like quite a character and you have taken a very fine portrait of him. Doug also looks like a very kind man. I cans see this in his eyes which you have captured so well, and of course he has the most impressive beard.
The photo is sharp and the exposure is perfect. I also like very much the neutral background and how well Doug is standing out from it.
The portrait is nicely cropped and Doug is well placed within the frame. I think this is a lovely and well taken photo Willie, and I wish you luck with the contest.

Love the darkened background despite the hall like outline of him.
Your focus is sharp and the expression, details are superb. We are drawn in by his eyes which have a touch of sadness it seems.
I think your tweaking in topaz created the hall outline.

If that is the look you want..but it happens from over sharpening and adjusting light.
Do you see the white Shadow that outlines him?

A beautiful portrait. The lighting is good and got a great expression with nice eye contact. I like the way the dark background gives a vignetted look and wish I had a 6 left. Will save one.
