I don't know how I missed seeing this! I Love Pugs! She is absolutely gorgeous! You have presented her perfectly ! I love her expression ! I had two of these and they lived to 17 and 13 years of age, I now have a pug/ Pekingese mix ! This is adorable and I want to congratulate you on your contest win!

I think Gidget has the most expressive face, and I by the look of it, she must be looking at you eating. LOL I bet she get some tit bits as well. Then of course I read the last words in your notes confirming my suspicion.

I like the close and personal approach and the focus is spot on and sharp showing clear and well defined details. I also think the exposure is perfect.

The tight cropping is very good and your dog is well placed within the frame. I think this is a cute and well taken photo Willie, and I wish you luck with the contest.
