This is a stunning ink drawing of the Indian Queen in black and white and accents of red. Such a stunning piece but your sketch revealing intricate design and patterns. A wonderful facial expression....and one of a queen. The eyes are stunning and so is the gorgeous necklace. A creative and talented art work with incredible details. This ink drawing is fascinating, and I especially like that red is added for a nice effective contrast. I think my only concern is the leaf like shape in the bottom right corner. I think it should have been filled with something, because it is almost giving the drawing an unfinished look.
It is however easy to see that you have paid very good attention to details and your ink lines are accurate and precise. I so much like all the fine lines and shapes in this art work.
The format and framing works well and it is a very fine balance in the composition. Indeed a striking, lovely and well done ink drawing, and I wish you luck with the contest.

A very carefully and intricately drawn, monochromatic piece here (bar the red dotted around creating nice contrast), with exceptional detail and real effort & time spent on all the individual patterns and shapes throughout the whole piece. The facial features are in good proportion and drawn sharply and with a true stare, looking back at you with those wide, black eyes. A great entry for the competition, best of luck in the polls! :)
