This is a beautiful photo of blue,,wow, love the clouds of white to let us know it is the sky, a very dreamy place to be right now in my surrounding of cold white snow lol,,love the beach, the calm water and those pelicans way in the distance, very nice

I just knew this photo had to be for this contest, and I especially like the simplicity and the puffy clouds seen in the sky. The shore line also offers a nice leading line.

The photo is crisp and clear, and it is fine textures and details to be seen in the foreground. It is nothing wrong with the exposure either.

The format and framing is nice and it is a good balance in the composition. A truly lovely and well taken photo, and with a very good DOF. I wish you luck with the contest.
(It just dawned on me, but isn't this contest for mixed media photos ? )

Thanks for the nice review and heads up on the contest rules. Looks like it is for photography but also allows all types of mixed media. It should be OK. But I have been known to not follow rules! 😩

Well done! I love all of the different shades of blue presented in this photo. The low horizon lines shows off those soft clouds in the sky perfectly. Your focus and lighting are excellent as well. Well done and thanks for sharing :)
