Nice flower. And yes that is why it is called Bird of Paradise. The top two red petals look like rabbit ears. I like that you kept the large. Leaves. Nice composition. Well framed. Sharp image. Thank you for sharing and best of luck with this image.

Have come across these in spain when I lived there,wish I had got better photos then,this does have a subdued color in this and usually they are brighter,but guess this might have been inside when you took this,but nice shot anywat..Berian
