A great capture for this split moment in time. this frozen moment of action reveals much detail in the texture of the feathers. Great job with the focus, everything in sharp crisp focus.

This made me smile! What a fantastic capture! I can see the beak and an eye of the youngster! So precious! What a great entry for the February challenge! Nice frame work, getting the baby in the shot as well! This is just amazing! I love it!

Very skillful, love black and white photography, nothing extra, but, very impressive. Very good locations of the subject, great background with evergreen needles and branches. a lot of movement, thanks for sharing.

This is a great picture in any color or none. I do like the black and white, it is very crisp and clear. Great contrast dimension and interest. Great framed subject. Great initial impact. I would love to see this large , framed and proudly displayed on a wall for all to see.
really well done!

A great stop action photo. You caught the incoming eagle at the perfect moment. The rendering in black and white makes it a bit busy and causes the birds to blend into the background. Best of luck in the contest ~ Steve

Your high key image of this family of Eagle is most enjoyable to view. Superb eye clarity draws the eye into your scene. Good light handling and sharp focus revealing good details of the feathers and markings on these extraordinary creatures. This is very nice work and thanks for sharing!

nice capture. the clarity is great. the angle of the shot of this eagle family in the tree is great. the capture of the light is great. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall.

This is a nice nature shot captured on natural setting, the clarity is not spot on but it is difficult to capture birds in flight, I think this might have worked better in colour to make the birds stand out against the tree, in b/w it is quite distracting and the eye does not know where to focus, but a good try. Good luck in the contest.

A fantastic, brilliantly timed capture of this family scene at the eagles nest as parents return home for feeding time for the little ones. This will be a constant cycle for a few months no doubt yet! Superb POV and stop motion imagery shows an array of activity with the birds and the feeding, and also a great surrounding view of the tree, nest and branches which really fills the piece nicely, and with great sharp clarity and good DOF. The B&W option was a good one as it adds an extra artistic edge to this piece I find, and also highlights points perhaps missed in colour. A great piece, best of luck in the polls! :)
