Sorry, I think this is an experiment that doesn't work. It comes across as an accident in shooting, rather than a purposely done shot IMHO. Looks like sun glare on drops on the lens and not bokeh, which is there in the background. The main subject or apparent subject in the shot (grasses) are over highlighted and not in focus. The basic composition of the shot would be good.

Not unusual. We each bring a different perspective to what we see and what we want to see in an image. I belong to several critique groups and this is the norm, for there to be differing thoughts and approaches. Thus the IMHO. From my stand point there is only two final opinions, the artists and the person with the green paper.

Wow! Stunning photograph that is well suited for the contest. You have made these raindrops so very abstract with the glow on them and the soft focus background. It is nice composed in an interesting fashion. Love it.
