Wow. What a great shot here BB. You know how I love the look of snow on evergreens. I love the color of the sky too. Just a beautiful scene. Just checked outside here in Ajijic Mexico....nope, no snow. Stay warm BB ~ BB

Well I just checked outside here dear BB and nope, no sand....so we're even....lol Think YOU may have the better end of that deal though....temporarily anyway. Always happy when you have a look at one of my pieces and thank you for giving this guy such a fine one. Now go back to your sun and sand....lol

OMG I wish i had more 6's. I love snow on trees, winter scenes. I have a good friend in Vermont and he is always complaining about the winters. By Jan , he is ready to head to Florida for a few months.
This is a beautiful scene with warm , gorgeous lighting and focus. Good depth and very well framed.

Well I last longer than your friend Linda. I don't complain about VT winters until March...lol Thank you so much for checking out my new piece. I do really appreciate the lovely review you've given it.

Great photo! I love it! This one needs to be framed and displayed! Really wonderful golden sky adds a warmth to the cold snow. Great clarity depth and detail.

LOL....well I must admit though Monica that I find this scene much more beautiful in Dec. or Jan. than I do in March. Ya know- maybe that's not true...lol I DO think it's gorgeous....and I thank you so much for your enthusiastic review of it. ...and I would love to have this one printed on canvas and hung on my wall so we DO agree there too. Thank you again for the wonderful review. I do appreciate it.

A 6 just for being stubborn enough to go out and get this great image. I thought that I was the only one insane enough to try.

Other than that, glad you are safe.

I love the snow and the sky. The boughs of the trees hanging on to the white blanket is special. Well positioned. Great focus. Thank you for sharing.

Oh you are a sweetheart dear Paul! I almost cheated and just opened the window and stuck my camera outside.....but Comanche insisted I go plod through the snow w/ her for a bit. I am always flattered to get a gold star from YOU w/ a winter image so thank you hugely for being so generous w/ this piece. Haven't seen the snow plow STILL but figure they are waiting for it to stop snowing before they come way down here. Anyway, thank you again! Love finding you at the end of a review.

I know what you mean about being a little ahead of the weather. My sandhill cranes came back yesterday and I got some shots of them in the snow. I like this frosty composition but would like to see it from the historical perspective.

I'm not sure what you mean MM by 'historical perspective?' Without snow?? I'm curious so please let me know. Do appreciate you having a look though and can't wait to see your Cranes in the snow.

This is beautiful! It looks so much like my place right now. We have tons of pine trees and they are all filled with that heavy snow. You have the most pretty sunset behind your trees. Those orange tones really pop against the blues and purples of the snow. Love it.

Believe it or not Karen that was a mid-morning sky. Gets like that often when it snows. It IS gorgeous and I couldn't pass up getting some new snowy images so thank you very much for checking this one out. Do appreciate the lovely review you've given it too.

They really are loaded once again! As always it sure looks pretty especially with that golden sky. You know how to compose it so well too. I will pray this is the last of the big ones. We got a shot of cold are from this one ourselves, but no freeze again, thankfully. Stay warm and think of spring.

Almost just stood on the front steps w/ my camera this morning Ed but damn steps were buried...lol At least it's not freezing cold so I won't complain. Well, not much anyway. I am just so ready to see something growing again. OK- I'll stop. Thank you so much my friend for having a look and giving this piece such a lovely review. You know how much I always appreciate it.

Yeah,Deb! It's a lot like that over here in northeastern New York too,my friend! : (
We didn't get anywhere near the amount of snow that you mentioned but it's been snowing/raining for well over thirty six hours now and it's getting a bit old!
Anyway I'm getting carried away with my Weather Report so why don't I just tell you how much of a 'Good Show' this Late Winter landscape photo that you've presented us with is?
'Good Show',Deb! : D
( Twelve days until Spring,my friend! ; D )

Hey weather is a big deal to us this time of year over here in the NE Sean. Haven't seen the snow plow yet and even Comanche has to hop to get through all the snow out there. OMG. Really wanted to get the orchard this morning but I am NOT hopping through the snow to do it....this is as far as I got and you are just a doll for giving it such a marvelous review/rating. Thank you so very much....oh and believe me- I am counting the days too...lol
