Excellent capture of the two impressive Eagles perched in the tree, searching for fish in the river. I like the angle you used showing the feathery twigs and branches of the tree, shown off perfectly by the blue sky. Very good lighting and focus showing a lovely crisp image. Lovely composition. Suzanne

This is such a treat to see two bald eagles in the wild at the same time. I wonder if they are mates. I like the framing of the shot as it leads the eye directly to the focal point. Nicely done.

Twin Eagles, until you take a closer look at them. Beautiful complementing colors of the branches against the clear blue sky. Great timing and photography. I almost want to crop to get closer image of the two ; but the branches play an important roll and add room for the viewer to imagine. Great job!

Thank you so much for your review and rating, I very much appreciate it. I actually saw the eagles and made my husband stop the truck and I jumped out and made him stay put so I could get closer without disturbing them.....lol. They were so intent on looking for fish they didn't even notice me!

Oh no, I wouldn't do that! These guys were actually right in town with a train going by and didn't budge....I just wanted to get closer on the sidewalk underneath them :)

What a great shot. I have never seen more than one eagle in one photograph. The composition and framing of the two eagles is aesthetically pleasing. The blue sky is cloudless and makes a nice backdrop for the subjects.

While it seems that lots of the 'Eagle Pics' that turn up here on FAR run towards the 'same old,same old' variety this one that you've presented us with featuring this pair of the large avian raptors keeping a look out for prey in the river below them is very enjoyable and wonderfully Out of the Ordinary!
