I love every single thing about this photo! Lighting, coloring, subject, framing and clarity all superb! I'm generally not a fan of people in pics either. If you really used this one to your advantage. Thank you for sharing such a powerful photo!

This is well deserving of a 6 or better. I think this photo is stunning and the best one I have seen so far on here and there are a lot of amazing photos. It would still be a great photo without the man standing directly in the sun, but he definitely adds to this amazing photograph. I don't know what else to say....it's ALL GOOD!

Your angle is superb showing the movement of the breaking wave as it meets the shore line.

Your colors were the initial overall impact for me, followed closely by your silhouette.
I enjoy studying your action and color of the water that is breaking on the beach. At first it seems very high def. And then I can see the aqua appearing to catch the light as the water moves out of the depth and darkness and onto the beach. It is amazing what you filters have brought out of your initial capture. Nature is so full of beauty. And you have a wonderful capture of it here. Thank you for sharing.
