Begging comes naturally. :) I swear that every dog is born with the ability. Your choice of black and white is perfect for this photo. And you can see exactly what he is thinking with that look. I always smile at such dogs and this photo made me smile too.

Love animal photos and find them difficult to judge in a contest because they are all good. This one is especially good because of the angle that you shot the dog and his big eyed expression on his face. It is a priceless expression. Love it and good luck in the contest.

Blaise is a beautiful boy! I know that look very well ! I love his intent expression. As he looks like he doesn't even blink while he's watching food being consumed, hoping for a bite! Very well captured, beautiful clear well focused image, nice detail throughout , beautiful eye contact complete with catch light , nice conversion to the Black and white with good tonal variations ! Well presented, best to you in the contest !

I have yet to find the "correct" way to handle this problem and still find myself falling for the trick and sharing my food. I don't know how anyone resists. Your photo captures that insistence well
