I like old churches and as there are not many people from the uk on here makes a change,think I would have chosen a vertical format for this so you got some graves full on rather than cropping them...Brian

This looks like an old chapel or quaint church cemetery. The brick structure and cross remind me of something that has been there a long time. Nice perspective of the scene with wonderful clarity and detail.

Lovely old church? or is it a crypt? The detail is wonderful and that it is a cold day is obvious in the appearance of the sky. I don't think you could find as old a cemetery here stateside. Thank you so much for this post.

Very well photographed with good focus, the image is clear, well exposed allowing the natural colors to show true, beautiful old church with interesting detail , I like the texture of the bricks and the shapes of the windows , the shingled roof brings a different texture , interesting cemetery on the grounds, I really like that big tree! I can see the town in the distance. Well composed and presented , interesting to view!

This is quintessential English countryside.
A very good perspective with a long DOF.
The color and tonal range is somewhat narrow, but that is how this scene is.
I like the lighting for this shot. The side light gives a great deal of definition to the stone wall of the church.
Some might consider the barren trees to be a distraction from seeing the village in the distance, but not I. To me the trees give balance and provide scale of size as well as bringing a good sense of balance to the take.

I have a knack for cemeteries and all the history that comes along with them.
This mausoleum (I think) is an old and beautiful brick building. Just wish we could see it from the doors.
Vey nice shot, those trees give the shot an eerie feel.

Great shot and perspective on this shot. I love the dark feel of it and the point of view. Placement of the building is in the frame is nice too. It feels a little cut off on the bottom, but I think that's a preference thing. Great overall shot!
