I have never seen a picture of this unusual butterfly. I love the red body and the interesting spots on its wings. You really captured all of its delicate body structures. I like the dark background...it really makes the butterfly pop.

A beautiful picture of the Parides photinus ~ Pink Spotted Cattleheart Swallow tail Butterfly sucking nectar from the white florets It's chocolate brown & deep pink wings & body standing out clearly from the dark background. Artistic composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.
